Holiday home Été is a spacious and cozy mas with a large garden, a great swimming pool and a beautiful view. The domain is very quietly located in a small hamlet and surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Ardèche where you will find many fun activities not far from the house.

Terrace and covered terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 8 sun loungers and a parasol. Living room with sitting area, TV, DVD, wood stove and fireplace. Fitted kitchen with double sink, 2 large fridges with freezer, cooking stove with gas hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine and Italian coffee machine. Separate storage room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
