What about Covid-19? Is there someone from the group who has corona at the time of departure and is therefore unable to travel? Then this is "illness" and the cancellation insurance intervenes. In all other cases (eg not being allowed to travel due to travel restrictions, being afraid to travel), the cancellation insurance does not intervene. Check our FAQ for more info.

Reli as a rental agency is insured for 'Financial Inability of Travel Organizations'.

Cancellation
insurance

  1. the full travel sum (except for the administration costs and the cost of the insurance) will be refunded in the event of:
  • illness, accident, death of life companion, family members up to the 2nd degree or travel companion
  • your dismissal or dismissal of one of your family members for economic reasons
  • re-examination of the insured person
  • immobilization of the vehicle (within 5 days before departure)
  • divorce, de facto divorce
  • serious material damage to your place of residence
  • with valid cancellation of one travel companion, also possibility to cancel 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the other travel companions if they are still with 1, 2, 3 or max 4 persons and in principle did not have a valid reason for cancellation
The premium consists of 6.5% of the travel sum with a minimum of EUR 25.00 per contract

  5. coverage of pre-existing illnesses for cancellation and assistance, even if the illness has not stabilized
  6. possibility to equate a person of choice with a relative of the 2nd degree
  7. coverage of motorized sports
  8. search and rescue costs up to 6250.00 EUR / person
  9. travel goods / luggage insurance up to 2000, 00 EUR / person
  10. valuable items such as mobile phone, laptop and sports equipment are also insured
  11. up to EUR 400.00 for the first necessary purchases in case of late delivery of your luggage
The premium consists of 7.9% of the travel sum with a minimum of EUR 45.00 per contract

Gold service

  1. a cancellation insurance - and this for all your trips, for a whole year - whereby the full travel sum (except the administration costs and the cost of the insurance) is refunded in the event of:
  • illness, accident, death of life companion, family members up to the 2nd degree or travel companion
  • your dismissal or dismissal of one of your family members for economic reasons
  • re-examination of the insured person
  • immobilization of the vehicle (within 5 days before departure)
  • divorce, de facto divorce
  • serious material damage to your place of residence
  • with valid cancellation of one travel companion, also possibility to cancel 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the other travel companions if they are still with 1, 2, 3 or max 4 persons and in principle did not have a valid reason for cancellation
  1. assistance persons with unlimited reimbursement of medical costs and medical after-treatment costs
  2. assistance vehicles in Belgium (from the place of residence) and Europe for two cars
  3. travel insurance against theft and damage
  4. travel accidents (death and disability)
  5. coverage of pre-existing illnesses for cancellation and assistance, even if the illness has not stabilized
  6. possibility to equate a person of choice with a relative of the 2nd degree
