This recent and beautifully furnished new-build house (2025) is located in a quiet residential area just 3 km from the town of Aubenas in the south of the Ardèche.

We visited this holiday home in January 2026, but we weren't able to take any photos then. As soon as the weather improves, we'll be back to take beautiful photos. Fitted kitchen with single sink, American fridge with freezer, induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine with beans, coffee machine and mixer. Separate storage room with washing machine, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
