This beautiful luxury new-build villa is located in Balazuc, a small medieval village classified as one of "The most beautiful villages in France" and labeled "Village full of character". It is situated in the heart of the Ardèche, a stone's throw from the river of the same name. The 5 bedroom main house and the 1 bedroom studio can accommodate 11 adults and 2 children.
