This ecologically renovated authentic mas from the 18th century is located in the heart of the Ardèche and surrounded by vineyards. Mas Joyeuse Fleuve is a separate gîte for 6 people in the side wing of the mas. The main house (for 8 people) and the gîte below the main house (for 2 people) are also rented out and the whole is also rented out for 16 people. Come and enjoy the absolute tranquility on this small-scale agro-ecological wine estate with a pleasant natural swimming pond.

Mas Joyeuse Vigne (main house): 8 people (6 adults + 2 children)

Covered terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Living room with sitting area, TV, video projector and projection screen. Fitted kitchen with double sink, large fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and mixer. Separate storage room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.

Mas Joyeuse Vigne (gîte under the main house): 2 people

Ground floor and wheelchair accessible. Terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Living room with sitting area, TV, satellite TV and DVD. Fitted kitchen with single sink, large fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker and mixer. Vacuum cleaner.

Mas Joyeuse Fleuve (separate gîte): 6 people

Terrace with garden furniture, 2 parasols and charcoal barbecue. Living room with sitting area, TV, satellite TV and DVD. Fitted kitchen with single sink, large fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and mixer. Separate storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
