Gîte Eugénie is part of the property that is located in the very heart of the historic center of the village of Roaix, just 300 meters from shops, on a well-planted plot. The self-contained cottage enjoys lovely views and direct access to the heated swimming pool. The owners, a very discreet couple, live in a separate part of the property with a private entrance.

We visited this holiday home in January 2026, but we weren't able to take any photos then. As soon as the weather improves, we'll be back to take beautiful photos. Terrace and covered terrace with garden furniture, gas plancha, 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. Living room with sitting area and flatscreen TV. Fitted kitchen with double sink, large fridge with freezer, electric hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, Italian coffee machine, mixer and washing machine. Separate storage room with drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
