Le jardin de rêves is a quietly located house in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Ardèche. This charming place consists of the main house, a separate studio, a tree house and a beautiful green garden with swimming pool, outdoor shower, petanque court and a cozy sitting area with outdoor lounge. You can completely relax here with an aperitif on the terrace!

Several terraces, covered sitting area, garden furniture, parasol and fixed barbecue. Outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers by the pool. Living room with sitting area, TV, radio, CD player and fireplace. Fitted kitchen with sink, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hobs with electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave oven. Storage room with large fridge and freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and washing machine. In the garden there is a studio with 1 bedroom (with reversible air conditioning) with 1 bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, sink and induction cooker. New is the tree house with 2 beds of 90 cm with an outdoor shower and an ecological toilet (outside). 4 parking spaces on site.

Jardin des Rêves is heel rustig gelegen op een heuvel boven de vallei van Les Vans. Het is een zuiders aanvoelende, mooie woning met een uitstekend zwembad en een grote tuin, waarin een basic studio én een toffe boomhut liggen. De Belgische eigenares is zeer sympathiek en behulpzaam, je kan voor alle problemen, groot en klein, bij haar terecht. Er is jammergenoeg geen airco in de slaapkamers, wat een gemis is in een hete zomer zoals die van 2023. En er zitten véél muggen in de regio, dus graag efficiënte muggenwering voorzien.

Woning zelf is niet groot, maar voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en is gezellig ingericht. Afzonderlijke studio en boomhut zijn extra troeven. Gezellig terras en leuke buitenruimte rond het zwembad. Goed gelegen voor diverse uitstappen, ca 5km van het gezellige Les Vans. Supermarkt op 3 a 4 km, dus ook vlakbij. Heel behulpzame eigenares.

Veel groen, zeer mooie tuin. Echt een leuk huisje en een groot zwembad. 2 gezellige terrasjes direct aan het zwembad. Mooie en gezellig ingericht. De mooie boomhut is iets uniek, kan je genieten van de laatste zonnestraaltjes :) Op 5 min met de wagen van het centrum in Les Vans.

Een hele toffe authentieke woning. Prachtig zwembad. Beetje verwilderde tuin, maar maakt het ook gezellig.
