In this charming detached house, located in a small village, not far from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, you can really relax. It is wonderful to cook and dine in the shade of the outdoor kitchen. If you want to swim a few lengths or romp with the kids, you can use the swimming pool 50 meters away (at the owner's house).

Covered terrace with garden furniture, 4 sun loungers and parasol. Outdoor kitchen with sink, stove (gas + electric), barbecue and washing machine. Large living room with sitting area, satellite TV, DVD player and mezzanine with bed (140 cm). Fitted kitchen area with large fridge-freezer, stove (gas + electric) with oven, dishwasher, combi-microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and vacuum cleaner.
