**NEW IN OUR OFFER** Villa des Pins is a beautifully furnished and luxurious holiday home, peacefully situated on the edge of the village of Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the beautiful Alpilles natural parc. Relax on the sunny terraces surrounding the delightful pool and enjoy the stunning views, breathtaking sunsets, and magnificent starry skies.

Terrace and covered terrace with garden furniture, gas plancha, 8 sun loungers and 5 parasols. Living room with sitting area, air conditioning, TV, Google Chromecast and wood stove. Fitted kitchen with single sink, American fridge with freezer, induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine with paper pods provided by the owner (espresso, long, decaffeinated) and mixer. Separate storage room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
