Holiday home Le Bartas is a beautiful single storey newly built villa with 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in the separate studio. Both entities have a bathroom and open onto the spacious enclosed terrace with heated private pool, jacuzzi, lounge and outdoor kitchen. The ideal place to spend time with friends and family.

Terrace and covered terrace with garden furniture, plancha and 8 sun loungers. Living room with sitting area, air conditioning, TV and bluetooth speaker. Fitted kitchen with single sink, large refrigerator, separate freezer, induction stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, coffee maker and mixer. Separate storage room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. The studio is separate from the main house and is accessible via the terrace. The studio has a small kitchenette with a single sink, small refrigerator and electric stove.
