Domaine du Barsac is a beautifully restored 17th-century farmhouse featuring stylish interiors, a large private pool, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This holiday home enjoys a peaceful location in one of the hamlets belonging to the charming village of Payzac.

Entering from the street through the front door, you arrive in a cozy entrance hall featuring a stone spiral staircase leading upstairs. All living areas are located on the first floor. Living room with seating area and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with double sink, large refrigerator, separate freezer, 3-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and mixer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large covered terrace with a dining area and a beautiful view. Separate storage room with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Washing machine in the outdoor kitchen by the pool.
