Le Grand Orme is a cosy, characterful detached villa, once a farmhouse, ideal for two families with (grand)children or three couples. It offers extraordinary privacy with a well-kept large garden, a fenced swimming pool, a spacious covered outdoor kitchen and a petanque court

Terraces (100m² and 20m² covered) with garden furniture. The sitting room with fireplace and TV offers a cosy atmosphere. There is a large dining table in the well-equipped kitchen with double sink, large fridge-freezer, gas cooker with electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, hoover and washing machine.

• From the elevated house, you can hike extensively in the immediate surroundings and enjoy nature, authentic cabanes (shepherds' cottages) and views over the valley.
• There are Nordic walking routes and mountain bike trails around the corner.

• numerous castles such as Castelnaud, Les Milandes, Beynac, Montfort, Fénelon and Biron, and other places of interest are 15-25 km away.
• Fairytale Daglan ("Village Fleuri") is the nearest village with a bakery, a small supermarket, a caterer, restaurants, a post office and an ATM, at 10 minutes' drive.
• Other nearby villages include St Pompon, Salviac, Cazals, Saint Martial de Nabirat and Cenac. - The towns of Gourdon (20 km) and Sarlat (25 km) are also easily accessible.
